Rubber Process Oil is produced by crude Oil distillation process obtained from the composition and chemical interactions and isolation material extracted called raffinate. The primary characteristics is the presence of the double bonded mix ring carbon structure. Aromatic extracts procured from refineries are suitably blended to meet stringent specifications with different viscosity.<\/span><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t

Heavy RPO is also an aromatic process oil with higher viscosity and is\u00a0specifically<\/span>\u00a0<\/span>developed for use as an\u00a0extender oil in the manufacture of polystyrene butadiene rubber. This aromatic\u00a0type of rubber process oil dark in color and has good solvency. It is\u00a0compatible with most rubber polymers and suitable for use in the manufacture of\u00a0automobile rubber tyres, belting, battery case etc. where color is not an\u00a0important parameter. Heavy RPO was specially developed for use in SBS rubber.\u00a0<\/span>There\u00a0<\/span>are three different types of rubber process oils:<\/span><\/p>

The\u00a0primary Characteristics of aromatic Hydrocarbons are the presence of the double\u00a0bonded mix ring carbon structure. Aromatic extender oil well-known according to\u00a0its viscosity which meets ASTM D-445 and Kinematic viscosity of transparent and\u00a0opaque liquids it has different grades famous as high(heavy), medium, low\u00a0(light) viscosity, TDAE, MES, and DAE.<\/span><\/p>

Aromatic\u00a0furfural extract rubber process oil (RPO) procured from selected refineries and\u00a0suitably blended to meet stringent specifications, are used for compounding\u00a0batches to manufacture tires, lactic, automotive tires and tubes, bicycle\u00a0tires, tire re-treading materials, belting, hoses, battery casings and
containers, extruded products, technical molded goods and rubber articles with\u00a0reclaim rubber due to high solvency, calendared and molded sheets, Tread rubber\u00a0TDAE oil. Also process oil (furfural extract) has color stability, solubility,\u00a0and good thermal stability.<\/span><\/p>

This category of hydrocarbons constitutes branched chain or straight linked hydrocarbon molecules of various viscosities. Because the chain length will increase, the viscosity will increase, and also the rubber process oil becomes a lot of viscous. They find extensive usage in ethylene-propylene rubbers.<\/span><\/p>

These are more stable and have the highest flash purpose for a given viscosity. This class of hydrocarbons constitutes branched chain or straight linked hydrocarbon molecules of various viscosities. As the chain length increases, the viscosity increases and the RPO becomes more viscous.<\/span><\/p>

Naphthenic Oil:<\/span><\/b><\/p>

Naphtha is a category of hydrocarbons conjointly referred to as\u00a0<\/span>\u2018cycloparaffins\u2019. Although their structure is similar to the aromatic ring,\u00a0<\/span>these are single bonded so having a stable structure.\u00a0<\/span>Many such hydrocarbon rings are also linked, indicating a range of\u00a0<\/span>available grades. Their unique color stability, solubility, and good thermal\u00a0<\/span>stability make them ideal for molded articles, slippers, LPG tubes, floor\u00a0<\/span>tiles, etc. Naphthenic are a class of hydrocarbons also referred to as\u00a0<\/span>\u2018cycloparaffins\u2019.
